Overview & Training Expectations
National Team
The National Team represents the highest level of competition within our basketball program. This elite team is composed of top-tier athletes who demonstrate advanced skills, leadership, and discipline.
Competition: National-level high school games, tournaments, and showcases against top-ranked programs.
Training Expectations:
- Minimum 4–5 practices per week, including skill development, team tactics, strength & conditioning.
- Mandatory attendance at all practices, games, and team meetings.
- Off-court expectations include individual film study, nutrition guidance, and recovery protocols.
Commitment: Year-round dedication and travel required. Athletes must balance academics with a high-performance schedule.
Regional Team
The Regional Team competes in local and regional tournaments and provides a high-level experience for athletes working toward national-level play.
Competition: Regional level high school games, showcases and tournaments with strong competition.
Training Expectations:
- 4-5 structured practices per week focused on individual skill enhancement, team play, and physical development.
- Participation in strength training and performance sessions and recovery protocols is expected.
- Consistent attendance and effort in all scheduled activities are required.
Commitment: High commitment level with occasional travel; ideal for athletes developing into higher levels of play.
Middle School Team
Our Middle School Teams are developmental, providing a strong foundation in basketball fundamentals for students in grades 6–8.
Competition: Local middle school games and age-appropriate tournaments.
Training Expectations:
o 4-5 practices per week focused on skill-building, game understanding, and team dynamics.
o Emphasis on learning, effort, recovery protocols and enjoyment of the game.
o Introduction to strength and movement training as appropriate for age group.
Commitment: Consistent participation and positive attitude; preparation for progression to high school-level teams.
